The Imperial College Renal and Transplant Centre, based at Hammersmith Hospital, is internationally recognised and one of the largest and most comprehensive renal and transplant centres in Europe. Our service offers exceptional opportunities to expand your clinical expertise, work alongside leading specialists, and care for patients with some of the most complex renal conditions. This is a pivotal leadership position within a highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will provide visible clinical leadership, coordinate the delivery of safe and effective patient care, support service development, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Working closely with the Ward Manager, you will have opportunities to develop your leadership and operational management skills, including deputising for the Ward Manager when required.
