We admit patients from the Medical Assessment Unit with neurological & general medical conditions and patients are transferred from the acute stroke ward once they are ready to stepdown to continue their recovery. This creates a fast‑paced and varied caseload, ideal for nurses who enjoy continuous learning and professional growth. As a Band 6 leader, you will work alongside the Senior Sister to provide strong, visible clinical leadership to our nursing and support staff. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting staff development, and contributing to the smooth, safe running of the ward. We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and compassionate nurse with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for high‑quality patient care. You will bring enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to inspire and support the team.
