This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. As a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, and helping to ensure the smooth running of the department. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate patient care, support patient flow, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. You will also act as a role model for junior staff, providing supervision, guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence. We are looking for someone with significant nursing experience, including experience within an Emergency Department setting. You should be able to make sound clinical decisions, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
