Depending on your level of experience, training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable management experience and further develop your clinical and professional skills with the guidance of our experienced Band 6 team and Ward manager. As the Band 6 Charge Nurse/Sister, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts and providing support to the nursing staff. Join us Dart ward and make a difference in the lives of our patients. ### Main duties of the job Work as part of a team both on the ward as a band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse, but also with other multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of service Co-ordinate the ward to maintain flow and the patients journey Assess the care needs of the patients and their families.
