They will manage ward or unit staff, including undertaking appraisals, rota planning, recruitment and selection, and the supervision of learners. They will support and lead a team of nurses in delivering high‑standard, evidence‑based, patient‑centred care. The practitioner is responsible for ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, while maintaining all associated records. Through the use of clinical audit, research, supervision of practice, and teaching, they will monitor and improve standards of care, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources. ### Main duties of the job Join our team to lead high‑quality, patient‑centred care. We are looking for an experienced, motivated practitioner who can communicate effectively, even when dealing with complex or sensitive situations.
