The post holder will also contribute to patient safety and quality improvement workstreams. The post holder will have previous experience of simulation, debriefing and knowledge of human factors in healthcare, but additional in-house training will be provided. A teaching qualification is also desirable. Depending on available resources, there may be opportunities to fund relevant accredited study. The post holder will mainly work onsite at Epsom Hospital, although travel to other sites across the gesh group will also be necessary. Working days are anticipated to be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding bank holidays and periods when the simulation centre is closed). The post holder will be flexible around shift start/finish times to ensure they are present for the duration of service activity. Occasional changes of working day maybe requested to ensure adequate staffing. As this is a part-time role there will be very limited scope for working from home. ### Main duties of the job Main Duties/key responsibilities - Utilising understanding of educational theory, work collaboratively with core and extended faculty to design high quality multiprofessional simulation-based education courses across various specialties -
