### Job overview

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Simulation Centre team and support the delivery of high-quality simulation-based education across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide administrative support to the Simulation Faculty and wider Clinical Education Team, helping to ensure simulation training activities run smoothly and effectively.

Based primarily at Wexham Park Hospital, you will play an important part in supporting healthcare professionals to develop their skills in a safe learning environment. There may also be occasional opportunities to work across other Trust sites, so some travel will be required.

### Main duties of the job

As a Simulation Centre Administrator, you will:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities within the Simulation Centre.
- Help coordinate simulation training sessions, ensuring they are organised efficiently and run smoothly.
- Support faculty members, learners, and visitors, helping to create a professional, welcoming, and positive learning experience.
- Assist with scheduling, record keeping, communications, and the preparation of simulation events.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Clinical Education Team to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of working as an administration assistant.
- Experience of hands-on roles, undertaking setting up and organising activities

**Desirable**

- Experience with Social media experience, spreadsheets and online share drives
- Experience of working within the Education and Development Team
- Experience of simulation
- NHS experience or working in a multidisciplinary training setting

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Good general education (GCSE level or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Ability and experience in using Microsoft Office

### Knowledge and Skills

**Essential**

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and writing.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new electronic systems

**Desirable**

- Knowledge of Simulation
- Knowledge of Clinical Education team.
