This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and operational management across three distinct areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in a safe and efficient environment.

Reporting directly to the Ward Leader, you will:

• Take day-to-day responsibility for directing and controlling nursing activity in the absence of the Ward Leader.
• Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the team, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the smooth running of the unit, demonstrating excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, health and safety, and Trust policies.
• Uphold the principles of equality, diversity, and dignity in all aspects of patient care and staff management.
