### Main duties of the job

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team, playing a role in delivering the new NHS.net Service to support internal and external customers of NHS England.

- Work with relevant product and technical teams to maintain service documentation as required.
- Facilitate incident management and escalation processes on the service.
- Identify ways to improve internal processes to increase the efficiency of the service and share knowledge across the team.
- Become an SME for NHS.net Connect Service Operations focusing on DCB1596 secure email accreditations and migration support.

- Knowledge of working in a Service Management environment
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and how this is applied
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and deliver high quality material right first time
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise a large busy workload, planning activities for self and others in a fast-paced environment
