We are seeking a Service Manager to join the Cancer Performance and Improvement Team.

### Main duties of the job

- Manage Cancer Pathway Managers, MDT Coordinators, and MDT Support/Trackers across hospital sites.
- Monitor Patient Tracking Lists (PTLs) and ensure Root Cause
- Analyses (RCAs) are completed for breaching patients.
- Support the Associate General Manager in managing cancer standards.
- Deliver cancer standards across the Trust in collaboration with the Cancer Performance Team and service providers.
- Work with clinical teams to manage and implement improvements to cancer pathways across all tumour sites.
