The Administrator role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users / patients within the Adult Mental Health Sector.

The post holder will work under the supervision of the Admin Team Supervisor in line with an agreed work plan.

A comprehensive training package will be provided, to ensure our admin teams are multi-skilled; maximising our business development and to support career aspirations of individuals.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- - Customer service experience (e.g. face to face, answering calls or correspondence)
- - Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information)
- - Providing administrative or secretarial support.
- - Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
- - Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
- - Experience of working autonomously and proactively

**Desirable**

- - Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
- - Experience of audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand)
- - Previous NHS experience
- - Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation)

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- - Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience. (e.g. GCSE A-C or RSA II)
- - EDCL or equivalent

**Desirable**

- - Business admin qualification
