### Job summary

We
are looking for an experienced Server Infrastructure Manager to join the
Digital Services team.

An
exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting & developing our core
infrastructure services that underpin clinical & operational systems across
Hereford & Worcester. The role supports complex datacentre environment, virtualisation
platforms, Windows Server infrastructure, enterprise storage, backup &
recovery solutions, Active Directory & disaster recovery.

You
will work closely with Trust teams & suppliers to ensure infrastructure
services remain secure, resilient & highly available, whilst contributing
to infrastructure improvement projects & ongoing modernisation of the
Digital estate.

The post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday,
with travel across all Trust sites required.

We are a small team
delivering at pace large-scale projects, successful candidates should have a
proven history of delivering within a similar high-demand environment.

Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this
role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status. Employment on a time limited visa doesnt
guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.

### Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day
management, support and continuous improvement of the Trusts server and
datacentre infrastructure, ensuring critical Digital services remain secure,
resilient and highly available.

The role includes supporting infrastructure projects,
technical upgrades, disaster recovery activities, monitoring, incident
resolution and change management processes. The post holder will work closely
with Digital teams, suppliers and operational services to troubleshoot complex
technical issues, manage technical risks and deliver infrastructure
improvements across the organisation. The role also supports cyber security,
resilience and compliance activities including Cyber Essentials Plus and DSPT.

The successful candidate will work
independently, manage competing priorities and contribute towards technical
standards, documentation and service improvement initiatives within a
fast-paced environment. Participation in the on-call rota is required.
