We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and talented individual to help make a positive impact within the Health Board’s Operational Workforce Team.

Hywel Dda in one of the largest healthcare provides in Wales delivering acute, intermediate, mental health, community and primary care services for almost 400,000 people living in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

The Workforce and Organisational Development function in Hywel Dda is in an exciting position as we have embarked on a new vision and direction based on a HR disrupted approach to our policy work and kinder people processes for the management of employee relations issues.

### Main duties of the job

As the Senior Workforce Advisor for the Pembrokeshire team, you will provide expertise and advice to managers across the County on a range of operational areas of HR including the management of sickness absence, disciplinary and performance matters, and organisational change.

You will develop positive relationships with managers and employees, and work with colleagues across the Workforce and Organisational Development function to identify people centred solutions.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering a values-based HR service and making a positive impact on patient care across our communities.

- NHS Experience
- TUPE transfer handling regulations
- Experience of managing organisational change & advising on staff consultation

### Qualifications and Experience

**Essential**

- Graduate Member of CIPD
- Degree or equivalent level of experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Extensive knowledge of employment law

**Desirable**

- HPMA member
- ECDL
- Broad understanding of Agenda for Change
