### Experience

**Essential**

- Leadership qualities and experience of leading/managing staff
- Wide portfolio of relevant experience/achievements relating to wound healing
- Experience of multi-agency and partnership working
- Has managed change and practice development
- Experience of facilitating learning

**Desirable**

- Involvement in nursing research/audit
- Actively involved in tissue viability project (i.e. product evaluations, wound formulary etc.)
- Project management
- Experience of working within a tissue viability team
- Experience of working in a leg ulcer clinic or wound clinic

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- RGN
- Educated to degree level, with willingness to study at level 7 and/or undertake additional specialist learning appropriate for the role
- Teaching qualification i.e. City and Guilds 730, ENB 998 or relevant experience and skills
- Evidence of ongoing professional and education development

**Desirable**

- Formal additional qualifications/training, or evidence and level 7
