Promote a safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff (in full compliance with all policies and procedures) Support governance activity, ensuring full compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards, e.g. CQC/HIW/HIS Regulation, fundamentals of care, professional standards and evidence-based guidelines. Provide and lead care management and delivery, treating patients, families, friends and representatives with kindness, dignity, respect and compassion and support them to cope emotionally with their care, treatment or condition.
