### Main duties of the job

As a Senior Support Worker at Enable in Grantham, you will deliver and oversee high-quality support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your role will involve promoting independence, choice, and inclusion while providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and preferences. In addition to supporting individuals, you will offer day-to-day guidance and leadership to staff teams, coordinating shifts and maintaining high standards of care. Working across two supported living services in the Bourne area, you will ensure continuity of care and high-quality support by collaborating with families, carers, and external professionals.
