This will be a 12 month fixed term post covering maternity leave.  You will lead a small acute stroke dietetic team and work independently in the community, looking after stroke patients with and without feeding tubes.  This clinical service currently operates Monday to Friday and is a split role with 50% of time in the acute setting and 50% of the time in the community. You will be well supported and you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider dietetic service which the Dartford & Gravesham team provide.
