The post is a joint role across Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a dynamic, highly capable individual with excellent strategic planning, partnership working and programme management skills to become part of the Strategy & Partnerships team. The role is pivotal to supporting development and delivery of the Trust’s strategic ambitions and annual objectives. The ability to build and maintain credibility and excellent relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders is paramount. ### Main duties of the job Their main duties of the role are to: - provide leadership and coordination of the annual operational planning processes - support clinical divisions and corporate services in developing their operational business plans (via the agreed processes and planning framework). - lead the programme of activities related to partnerships and clinical collaboration between SFT & TGICFT, including any other external partnerships - support the development of the Trust strategy including key enabling strategies - ensure a robust framework is in place for the development, review and approval of business cases including post implementation review - lead the development of priority business cases and tender bids - support delivery of the Trusts’ capital programme You will assume a dynamic, proactive role within the team to deliver high quality outcomes, managing several complex programmes and projects from inception to completion. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities The job description gives an overview of the main tasks and responsibilities of the role, and the person specifications focuses on the qualifications, skills, experience and knowledge required.
