Recognised as a leading Centre for Infectious Diseases on the South Coast, the ward provides expert care to patients with a wide range of complex infections, including HIV, and works closely with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience who is passionate about infectious diseases and committed to delivering outstanding patient care. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, alongside the ability to adapt within a dynamic and specialist clinical environment. This leadership will ensure the provision of high-quality patient care and the promotion of effective clinical practice that responds to the complex and ever-changing needs of patients affected by infectious diseases. Central to the role is maintaining clear, consistent communication and fostering strong working relationships across HIV and Infectious Diseases services, including active liaison with the wider HIV & ID multidisciplinary team in Brighton to support coordinated, patient-centred care.
