The post holder will be required to teach qualified and non-qualified staff including students following the critical care pathway. The post holder is designated to take charge of the Unit, deputising for the Band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse. The post holder will inform the manager when changes in circumstances occur which may affect safe and competent practice.
