This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to world‑class care within a leading children’s hospital, supporting infants, children, and young people with complex and specialist needs. As a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse/ODP at GOSH, you will provide visible clinical leadership, coordinating high‑quality, compassionate, and family‑centred care. You will act as a role model for best practice, supporting and supervising junior staff, student nurses, and newly qualified colleagues, while working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. ### Main duties of the job You will play a key role in clinical decision‑making, patient safety, and service improvement, ensuring care is delivered in line with Trust policies, safeguarding standards, and national guidance.
