This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert, person-centred care to patients with palliative and end-of-life care needs in their own homes and community settings. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting patients and their families, promoting quality of life, symptom management, and dignity throughout their care journey. Bank - zero hours contract. A clean driving licence and use of a vehicle with business insurance is essential. Hours a week to be worked flexibly to include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a shift rota basis Please note: we are not part of the NHS and regrettably we do not hold a licence to enable visa sponsorship ### Main duties of the job The Senior Staff Nurse - Community roles will contribute to the provision of specialist palliative and end of life care in the community, being based at Mountbatten Hampshire.
