An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Neonatal Nurse with a passion for education to join Newborn Services at Saint Mary’s Managed Clinical Service.

We are seeking an inspiring Qualified in Speciality (QIS) nurse with significant Band 6 or above experience within NICU. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of high-quality education and workforce development across the service, directly influencing patient care, safety, and staff experience.

In this role, you will lead and develop the education team, driving a culture of continuous learning and excellence. You will support staff to achieve and sustain clinical competence through innovative, practice-based education and act as a visible, compassionate clinical leader and role model.
