This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Emergency Nurse to lead operational activity on shift, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive patient flow, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will act as a clinical role model, support the achievement of the 4-hour operational standard, and contribute to service improvement, education, workforce development and governance. The successful candidate will be a Registered Adult Nurse with significant Emergency Department experience at Band 6 level or above, strong clinical decision-making skills, and a passion for developing others. You will have experience managing teams, supporting quality and safety initiatives, handling operational pressures, and delivering excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
