The post holder will be expected: - To lead, develop and co-ordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure an optimum level of safe and effective patient care within budgetary resources - To assess care needs, to develop, to implement and evaluate programmes of care - To be responsible for all aspects of staff management and recruitment in line with HR policy - To participate in a full range of shifts, including Trust and Unit bleep holder rotas, ensuring a visible presence in the ward area - To be responsible for all aspects of clinical governance and risk management within the ward area ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Please see the attached Applicant Information Pack (combined Job Description and Person Specification) for key duties and responsibilities.
