You’ll use your clinical skills to: - Deliver nurse-led clinics. - Shift co-ordination. - Provide holistic, person-centred assessment, treatment, and education. - Support partner notification, safeguarding, and health improvement initiatives. - Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, helping build a supportive learning culture. - Take part in service development and quality improvement work that reflects our CARE values — Compassionate, Aspirational, Responsive and Excellent. If you’re passionate about reducing sexual-health inequalities and making services more inclusive, we’d love to hear from you. ### Main duties of the job Our team delivers high-quality evidence-based care to people to support their sexual health needs. You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and passionate team dedicated to keeping people in Kent and Medway safe and well, now and in later life, by providing contraception, treatment for sexually-transmitted infections, and advice and support to maintain healthy relationships. You’ll provide sound clinical judgement and leadership to support our team to safely deliver patient-centred care, and consistently monitor quality and progress in a challenging but rewarding environment.
