## Job Content

### Job overview

Work as part of the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) Research Team and the Cornwall Intellectual Disability Equitable Research Centre (CIDER). Develop and coordinate literature searches, grant bids and patient and public involvement and engagement processes.

Please note: If you are an internal candidate and wanting to apply for this position as a secondment opportunity. Before applying, please ensure you have discussed the post with your current line manager and obtained their agreement to support your release for the duration of the secondment.

### Main duties of the job

Work with academic teams, research fellows and clinicians to complete literature reviews and grant applications.

As part of the wider CIDER team coordinate coproduction and PPIE events.

Assist other team members with research delivery inline with Good Clinical Practice and protocol requirements.

### Skills and Aptitude

**Essential**

- Ability to organise and manage own time, workload and set and achieve own targets
- Evidence of independent working
- Working with multi-professional groups

### Education / Qualifications and Relevant Experience

**Essential**

- Previous research or project management experience
- Working expertise of requirements of local, national, and international research regulations
- Degree level qualification in relevant subject
- Audit experience / Research methodology

**Desirable**

- Current ICH-GCP Certificate
