### Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Radiographer within our Medical Imaging

Department based at Ayrshire Central Hospital

Hours and Shift Pattern:

Hours: 22.5 hours per week required to be worked over 7 days, 2 x 11.25-hour shifts working 0745-2000

This post is offered on a permanent basis

### What you will do:

Job Purpose: Provide highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients and to make informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required. Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient. Ensure that NHS Ayrshire & Arran radiology procedures are implemented and maintained.

### Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:

BSc Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent)

HCPC registration

Driving licence

An IV injection qualification would be desirable for this post.
