The service offers a number of evidence-based psychological interventions both at step 2 and step 3 as proposed by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance. The service endeavours to offer the local population a full range of evidence-based psychological interventions, within a stepped care approach, to a high standard and quality . An exciting opportunity has arisen in the team for one permanent and full-time Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join and contribute to the innovation and success of our well-established IAPT service. ### Main duties of the job The post holders will work alongside other Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and will be required to assist in providing  supervision, direction, and development to the step 2 workforce.
