Trafford Local Care Organisation is looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 7 Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Community Equipment and Adaptations Service. You will manage a complex caseload, using advanced clinical reasoning to provide highly specialist assessments and interventions for service users with diverse and complex needs. Your work will focus on the provision of specialist equipment and major adaptations to help people live safely and independently in their own homes and local community. We are committed to providing high quality patient care and to educating and developing our staff. Our teams are friendly and offer a supportive environment in which to further develop your clinical and leadership skills. Supervision, appraisal and professional development opportunities are provided and CPD is actively supported and encouraged. Supervision of junior staff, rehabilitation assistants and Occupational Therapy students is integral to the role. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about delivering high quality interventions, engage in service improvements and support greater integration with community services and other providers.
