The Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy Team provide specialist and dedicated physiotherapy input to patients requiring thoracic and cardiac surgery, solid organ transplantation and patients requiring cardiothoracic intensive care, including advanced mechanical circulatory support. - Interview Date Wednesday 07 October 2026 - 37 Hours 30 Minutes/Week - You will be redirected to Trac to apply for the vacancy. The successful candidate will be supported by Advanced Physiotherapists in Critical Care, VAD and Transplant and the Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist for Cardiothoracic. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, committed physiotherapists with experience of working within acute surgical and critical care environments. Existing cardiothoracic physiotherapy experience is desirable. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities - To provide a high standard of physiotherapy care (assessment, treatment and advice) to a complex patient group in specialty - If applicable to role, participate in the Senior Physiotherapy general rotational scheme, which involves working across the Trust in a range of clinical settings, some of which are regional specialities ### Applicant requirements You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
