The team provides Therapy to the following areas: - General Surgery - Maxillofacial surgery - ENT - Ward 44  - Medicine You will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients with a wide variety of surgical and medical needs, contributing to safe and effective patient flow and excellent clinical outcomes. ### Main duties of the job You will be working alongside an established team of Physiotherapists to develop your clinical, leadership, teaching and service development skills whilst working within a supportive and motivated department. You will demonstrate effective communication, prioritisation and organisational skills within a large multidisciplinary team, whilst being responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload from assessment to discharge or transfer of care.
