The successful applicant will work withthe Lead for Medicines Management & Patient Services and the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology & Oncology in running an outpatient technician-based medicines optimisation/management service and maintaining the SACT e-Prescribingportfolio. Within the inpatient setting you will be working with the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Cardiac and Surgical services, and play a vital role within the pharmacy inpatient service and discharge planning team. The post holder will have day to day responsibility for various elements within medicines management/optimisation and will support with training and development of trainee technicians/pharmacy assistants.
