### Job summary

Assess patients' requirements, in relation to their goals. Plan, manage and review functional and psychological restoration for individuals and groups. Review care plans at timely intervals and communicate effectively with the patient's GP, advising on ongoing and flare up management plans agreed with the patient. Provide safe, effective and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines. To provide advice and treatments to individual patients within best practice and national guidelines.

We at Cora Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for a Senior Pain Clinician, who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care and has an interest in Pain Management to join us as part of the Mid and South Essex service. The service in Mid and South Essex provides a tailored approach to the individual service user. The successful candidate will be required to work a hybrid working pattern facilitating face to face clinics in a number of sites in the area, Pain Management Programmes both face to face and online and pain education. They will be joining a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, psychologists and consultants who are committed and passionate about providing a biopsychosocial model of care to people with persistent pain. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for well-organised Clinical Specialist in Pain, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
