The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and continued development of outreach services that improve access to sexual health care for underserved and vulnerable populations, helping to reduce health inequalities and improve health outcomes. Working collaboratively with healthcare, social care and voluntary sector partners, the role will provide expert leadership, ensuring that individuals with complex needs receive high-quality, person-centred care. The post holder will support and develop the outreach workforce through effective management, clinical supervision and professional leadership, fostering a positive and resilient team culture. Building on the strong foundations already established within the outreach service, the Senior Outreach Nurse Lead will identify opportunities for innovation, strengthen partnership working, and support the expansion of outreach initiatives to ensure services remain responsive to the needs of local communities.
