Your role will be to provide supervision and support to Assistant Practitioners, and manage a varied caseload of complex patients with a range of health conditions, assessing and treating them in their own homes. You will work as part of a strong multi-disciplinary team alongside Physiotherapists and Assistant Practitioners, and receive supervision from a Band 7 Senior OT. The hours of work will be 15 hours a week and will be 2 set days agreed during the recruitment process, within the service core hours of Monday Friday 08.30 16:30hrs, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. To undertake comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk management plans. 6. To provide specialist advice, education and mentorship to other members of the team and colleagues, regarding the management of patients. 7. To engage actively with families and carers in order to ensure the best outcomes for patients. 8.
