In return, you will be part of a supportive team that values innovation, professional development and making a meaningful difference to local communities every day. ### Main duties of the job As a Senior Occupational Therapist within the Integrated Community Response Service, you will deliver specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults with complex physical, functional and social needs, supporting timely recovery and helping individuals maintain independence within their home environment. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and partner organisations, you will use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and review personalised care plans, manage risk, and facilitate safe discharge and admission avoidance.
