This is a great opportunity to join our effective and friendly team working with a client group with more complex mental health needs. You will be part of a team comprising of Mental Health Practitioners and Support Workers. Working closely with Psychologists, OT and Psychiatrists thus enabling effective coordinated care delivery. We provide service-user focused, evidence-based interventions for people aged 65 and over living in their own homes/care homes with either functional or organic mental health illness. We provide high quality assessment, treatment, and care coordination which is informed by your professional bodies and National policy. The post has opportunities to develop skills and knowledge via training, working alongside experienced practitioners and to be involved in service improvement. You will mainly be covering St Ives and St Neots but may also cover other areas of Huntingdon as needed, so regular travel is required. Successful applicants will need to have a drivers license and access to a vehicle for work. The post is based at Newtown Centre, Huntingdon. CPFT supports agile working, with flexibility for work-life balance.
