We require a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join this innovative new service. You will be part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team passionate about supporting young people with eating difficulties. We require experienced senior clinicians with a specialist interest in eating disorders, who can deliver time-limited, intensive, person-centred interventions within the young persons home environment. The service aims to provide timely, effective care in the least restrictive setting, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital or Tier 4 admissions, support earlier discharge from acute paediatric wards working collaboratively with keyworkers. This role offers a hybrid model of working across both counties, with flexible working options available. Additional training in eating disorders will be provided where required. This is a full time role. ### Main duties of the job The role will require: Qualification in RMN, BSc/DipSW, BSc OT, RSCN Experience in assessment and management of children and young people with mental health and eating disorders presentation, clinical risk and managing own case load. The ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels, respecting and valuing others.
