Priory Beverley HouseSalary - £40,672 per annumFull-time - 37.5 hours per weekPriory Beverley House has an opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team. Priory Beverley House, Edgbaston, Birmingham is a level 2 rehabilitation service for females with complex mental health needs, including emotionally unstable personality disorder, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along City Road and Five Ways railway station approximately 1 mile from the service.

### What you'll be doing

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient wellbeing, responding to changing needs and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge when required, prioritising and delegating duties effectively while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Support, supervise and develop junior staff and student nurses, contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and high standards of practice.
