This role involves providing high-quality, personalised care to women and families choosing homebirth, working closely with midwives to ensure safe and positive experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Support midwives in delivering care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods. - Assist with clinical observations, documentation, and preparation of equipment for homebirths. - Provide emotional and practical support to women and families in their own homes. - Promote safe practice and uphold professional standards in line with Trust policies. Essential Requirements: - Level 2 qualification in Maths and English. - Level 4 Assistant Practitioner (Maternity) qualification. - Care Certificate - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties.
