Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is a remote-based role offering the opportunity to lead a talented marketing team and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth across a range of healthcare services and regions.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading regional marketing strategies, managing key agency relationships, and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing activity is aligned with organisational objectives.

This role requires a strategic marketer with strong leadership capabilities, a data-driven approach, and experience managing multi-channel campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

### Main duties of the job

Campaign Strategy and Delivery Plan and deliver regionally targeted campaigns aligned to business goals. Lead integrated online and offline activity, adapting national initiatives for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency. Manage budgets, timelines, and performance to maximise ROI, using reporting and insights to optimise activity.

Marketing Leadership and Team Management Lead and develop the brand and social team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. Set objectives, manage workloads, and support development while ensuring resources and activity align with business priorities.

Agency Management Manage PPC, media, and creative agencies. Set clear briefs, objectives, and KPIs, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and value.

Stakeholder Engagement Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Translate business priorities into marketing plans and present strategies, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Performance and Insight Use data and insights to guide decisions, monitor channel performance, and improve acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. Drive continuous optimisation and evidence-based marketing.

Brand and Governance Ensure alignment with brand values and compliance with regulations, advertising standards, and data protection. Support marketing best practice across the organisation.
