The post holder will be accountable to the Lead Clinician. The post-holder will have an on call element to their role. A broad experience of general Trauma and Orthopaedics,  Practical experience in elective and trauma surgery will also be gained. Attendance at elective and fracture clinics, ward rounds and operating theatre lists provides an ideal environment for postgraduate training. Middle Grade and junior staff are regularly involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
