The post is primarily based at Ashford Hospital's Elective Centre, with a requirement to work across both Ashford Hospital and St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, depending on service needs. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must demonstrate: - At least 6 months' recent NHS experience as a Healthcare Support Worker. - Completion of the Care Certificate within an NHS setting. Only candidates meeting these essential criteria will be considered. Successful candidates will also have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good IT skills. - The right to work in the UK. - A caring, compassionate and patient-centred approach. The role is varied, equally challenging and rewarding, and offers the opportunity to really make a difference to our patients' experience.
