Band 2 & 3 Healthcare Assistant (HCA) - Ward 4

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our busy Ward 4, specialising in Neurology, Renal, Rheumatology and General Medicine.

You will be part of a supportive, value‑led multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care. We welcome applicants who are hard‑working, compassionate, reliable and motivated to learn, and who take pride in supporting patients and colleagues alike.

- Current or recent acute hospital HCA experience

- Good general standard of education in Mathematics and English at GCSE level or equivalent to Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy
- Care certificate or equivalent

**Desirable**

- Relevent course to role (eg: NVQ level 2)

### Skills, Abilities and Competencies

**Essential**

- Completed any additional HCA training
- Demonstrates kindness, compassion and empathy
- Demonstrates punctuality and good time keeping
- Demonstrates fortitude and hard work

- Completed Band 3 skills training course
