Or do you have NHS experience in an acute setting and are eager to develop your skills in a theatre environment? At BFT, we are passionate about providing the highest quality patient care, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our theatre team. What to Expect in This Role: Working in an acute hospital setting can be fast-paced, physically demanding, and emotionally challenging. You will be caring for both male and female adult patients, including providing intimate personal care, while always ensuring dignity and respect. Shifts include weekdays and on-call duties to provide 24hour emergency service which includes weekends and Bank Holidays What We’re Looking For: ### Who Can Apply? - A team player with a passion for delivering outstanding care. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment and handle the emotional and physical challenges of the role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues. Full training will be provided. ### Main duties of the job As a Theatre Healthcare Support Worker , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of surgical procedures.
