The role involves supporting frail patients experiencing acute changes, working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), and delivering acute‑level care in the person’s home or homely environment

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) may be able to provide visa sponsorship for certain roles, subject to the post meeting the relevant eligibility criteria. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis following interview and during the pre-employment verification process.
