With the permanent postholder seconded into a more senior post, we are pleased to be able to offer this development opportunity for a self-motivated individual wishing to extend their skills and/or work in a different clinical area.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance & Contracting, you will provide high-quality financial business partnering to help our Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate make the best use of their available budget and so support the delivery of high-quality clinical care. You'll lead financial planning, monthly reporting, cost improvement planning and support the adoption of service line and patient-level costing.

- CCAB or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- NHS financial and operational knowledge
- Skills in planning, reporting, and analysis
- Communication and influencing skills

- Negotiation and influencing skills – able to resolve conflicts

### Experience
