Provide line management to District Nurses and Deputy Sisters/Deputy Charge Nurses, supporting day-to-day team operations. Promote effective multidisciplinary teamwork, ensuring appropriate delegation to enhance patient care and service delivery. Monitor and improve quality of care, identifying opportunities for service development and innovation.
