The team consists of 2 Band 7 Specialist Dietitians and 3 Band 6 Senior Dietitians and a Dietetic Assistant. The successful Dietitian will be responsible for providing a dietetic service to renal inpatients wards, outpatients clinics and haemodialysis areas including four satellite units across the region. This is a valued and integral role within the renal MDT and attendance and contribution at MDT meetings will be essential. You will also be involved in the training and supervision of  dietetic students and other healthcare professionals. The STH dietetic department consists of around 65 Dietitians, plus dietetic assistants, and admin staff across 3 hospital sites and Sheffield community. We are a friendly, supportive, and innovative department with a commitment to patient-centered care and best practice. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong clinical skills, and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. To apply for the post you will need to be an HCPC registered Dietitian. ### Main duties of the job - To provide renal dietetic services to the adult regional renal unit, using a high level of skills and knowledge as an independent practitioner. This will include providing services to inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and haemodialysis areas.
